Our UV LED Curable series has excellent cure, printability and ink transferability. Suitable for paper and some non-porous substrates. Available in 4-colour process, Pantone mixing inks, metallics, and overprint varnishes.
Our UV BF-PIA series is an all purpose UV ink with varied applications such as: coated papers, high quality paper labels, pre-paid cards and direct mail. It excels in printability and enables stable printing. Available in 4-colour process, Pantone mixing inks, metallics, and overprint varnishes.
This ultra violet series has been developed specially for PVC, PETG, LENTICULAR, STYRENE and other similar substrates. Adhesion properties have been carefully studied and developed in order to optimize success over the most difficult plastic substrates. This series performs exceptionally on offset sheet fed presses with or without inter deck U.V lamps.
The opacity and the whiteness of this ink make it an outstanding tool either on foil or on vinyl (lenticular). This product has an exceptional cure speed and can be used in line with inter deck lamps with one our process series.
This primer has been introduced to overcome the variations of adhesion on the same sheet or on different sheets in a pile of vinyl stock; it is also used to enhance adhesion between inter coats (i.e.: process//opaque white//process). It also permits the maximum running speed and secure adhesion.
Two major factors make this product an outstanding coating: A super gloss reading (of 97/98 at 60 degrees on a gloss meter) along with an exceptional whiteness and super smooth finish. This product will perform equally well on a tower coater or an anilox coater.
An exceptional coating that can be used anywhere you must be wax free or silicone free; the finish of the product is very similar to our U.V Coating (gloss and smoothness). This coating has been designed to accept hot stamping and lamination even one month after being applied.
This press varnish has been developed in order to seal a stock and run a job in line (with inter deck lamps). It is a copy of the U.V Vinyl primer coating. Therefore it offers the same characteristics with the advantage of being run in an ink unit (saving a run in the press).
This varnish was developed to allow the U.V printer to have the ability to spot U.V coat. in line on paper and board substrates
